Article 1 — Preamble and Enactment Clause
§ 1-1
For the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity
and general welfare of the City of Union City, Georgia, the Mayor and Council of Union City, under the authority of Georgia Law, hereby ordain and enact into law the following Articles and Sections.
