Article 14 — Schedule of Fees
§ 14-1
Fees.
A schedule of fees shall be established by the Mayor and Council. The schedule shall be open to the public and shall be kept in the office of the Zoning Administrator.

§ 14-2
Waiver of Fees.
No fees required under this Zoning Ordinance shall be waived under any circumstances except by majority vote of the Mayor and Council of Union City.
§ 14-3
Established Fees.
The schedule of fees for this Ordinance is on file with the City Clerk and may be altered or amended by the City Council to help defray the costs of administration. (Ordinance No. 15 - ___, 9/21/15)
