Amendments to the Buffer, Landscape and Tree Ordinance (printed amendment history)
1.October 12, 1998 Amended Section 5.5.1 Exclusions of single family lots are removed.
Table A is amended to show proper exemptions. Section 5.2.2 revised to allow a maximum of twenty acres that may be cleared at one time.
Section 5.2.3 is amended to distinguish a difference between residential and non-residential. Section 5.3.3 added to require two (2) tree density units to be planted on each single family lot where mass grading takes place.
