Article 6 — Soil Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control Ordinance
§ 6-101
Title
This ordinance shall be known as the “City of Lawrenceville Soil Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control Ordinance.”
§ 6-102
Soil Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control Ordinance
The code attached to this ordinance as Attachment “1” is hereby adopted as the City of Lawrenceville Soil Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control Ordinance. A copy of the City of Lawrenceville Soil Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control Ordinance shall be set forth as Attachment “1” to the Development Regulations.
§ 6-103
Repeal of Ordinances Inconsistent with Attachment “1”
Any previously adopted soil erosion, sedimentation and pollution control ordinance is hereby repealed and replaced with Attachment “1”.
