1.ZON-ORD 2020-9: An ordinance amending the City of Lawrenceville Zoning Ordinance known, cited, and referred to as “2005 Lawrenceville Zoning Ordinance”, and any amendments thereto by replacing the above indicated ordinance and code sections with a new zoning ordinance entitled "City of Lawrenceville Zoning Ordinance 2020”, dated [May 20, 2020].
2.ZON-ORD-2020-22: An ordinance to amend Article 1, Districts, Section 102.5 RM-8 Townhouse Residential District; Section 102.6 RM-12 Multifamily Residential District; Section 102.7 RM-24 Multifamily Residential District; Section 102.9 CMU Community Mixed-Use District; To regulate Minimum Lot Area requirements and exemptions for the multifamily zoning classifications; Section 103.2 Use Table to regulate minimum requirements for Retirement Community, Continuing Care; and Retirement Community, Independent Living;

3.ZON-ORD 2022-07: An ordinance to amend Article 7, Signs, by deleting Section 702.1 “Billboard” in its entirety and renumbering the remaining Sections in sequential order; and further amending the ordinance by inserting Section 702.1 “Billboard” in sequential order, and renumbering the remaining sections accordingly, of the City of Lawrenceville Zoning Ordinance 2020, dated [May 2, 2022].
4.ZON-ORD 2023-20: An ordinance to amend Article 1, Districts, by deleting Section 103.2 “Use Table;” in its entirety and, further amending the ordinance by inserting Section 103.2 “Use Table;” and further amending the ordinance by deleting Article 2 “Supplemental and Accessory Use Standards,” in its entirety and, further amending the ordinance by inserting Article 2 “Supplemental and Accessory Use Standards;” and further amending the ordinance by deleting Article 10 “Definitions,” in its entirety, and further amending the ordinance by inserting Article 10 “Definitions” of the City of Lawrenceville Zoning Ordinance 2020, dated [October 23, 2023].

6.ZON-ORD 2024-14: An ordinance to amend Article 6, Architectural and Design Standards, by deleting Section 600, “Purpose and Intent,” in its entirety, and further amending the ordinance by inserting Section 600, “Purpose and Intent,” and renumbering remaining sections accordingly, of the City of Lawrenceville Zoning Ordinance, 2020, dated [November 13, 2024].
