administrative decision of the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement of Title 2, Title 4 or Title 5 of this UDO pursuant to Chapter 290.

Development Waiver Review Committee
of decisions and interpretations of the Plan Review Committee, and consider variances from the Development Regulations pursuant to Chapter 440.
Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals
any appeal of an interpretation of the Paulding County Technical Codes by the County Building Official pursuant to the Code of Paulding County, Georgia Chapter 18, Article IV.
State Fire Marshal
of the International Fire Code by the County Fire Marshal pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 25-2-12(e)(1).
Judicial Review
Commissioners regarding this UDO after exhausting their administrative remedies, shall have the right to appeal the decision to a court of competent jurisdiction within 30 days of the date the decision by the Board of Commissioners was rendered.
