Scope of regulations.
Sec. 15-04.001. Scope of regulations.
(a)This part shall govern the subdivision of land establishing one- and two-family building lots within the City of Atlanta.
(b)No permit shall be issued for the development of any one- or two-family building lot until such lot shall have been approved pursuant to the procedures set forth in this part.
(c)When any portion of this ordinance is in conflict with the Beltline Overlay District, 16-36.001 et seq., as amended, or the Beltline Street Framework plan when adopted, the Beltline regulations shall apply. (Code 1977, § 15-04.001; Ord. No. 2007-14 (07O-0380), § 1, 3-13-07)
