Sec. 15-05.001. Conformance with applicable parts.

No application for subdivision shall be approved unless each application, including each proposed lot therein, complies with all of the terms of chapters 130, 134, 138 and 154 and part 16 of this Code and with the provisions of Sections 15-06.001 through 15-09.008 of this Part.
