•Editor’s note—1982 Ga. Laws (Act No. 1017), page 4174 as amended (compiled in pt. I, ch. 26 of the Fulton County Code) creates a Fulton County Library System, in which the city participates. The mayor of the City ofAtlanta appoints members to the library board of trustees.
