Part 15, Chapter 12 — Separability of provisions

Sec. 15-12.001. Separability of provisions.

Should any section or provision of this part be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of this part as a whole or any section thereof other than the section or provision specifically declared to be invalid. (Code 1977, § 15-12.001)
