Chapter 11 — Residential Districts, Article 1 — RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS PRIOR TO UDC VERSION 5
§ 11-1.1
Purpose and Intent.
Residential districts existent prior to September 25, 2003, are to comply with permitted uses and performance standards as specified in this article.
§ 11-1.2
Permitted and Conditional Uses.
As provided in Table 11.1(a); and subject to the following provisions which apply to all uses in this district:
(A)A conditional use is required for any establishment conducting around the clock business hours.
§ 11-1.3
Performance Standards.
As provided in Table 11.2(a).
§ 11-1.4
Design Standards.
As provided in Articles IX and X.
