Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Code as may be amended f

22-5.1 Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Code as may be amended from

time to time be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of said Code as may be amended from time to time shall not be affected thereby.
