Site Visibility Triangles
A sight visibility triangle is hereby established at every public or private street intersection with another street or a private driveway, which shall meet the dimensions specified in Table 13-16.
Required sight visibility triangles shall be delineated on all plans and plats.

Delineation at Street Intersections
At public street intersections, the sight visibility triangle is delineated by the two intersecting street right-of-way lines and a line connecting the right-of-way lines at the points indicated in Table 13-10. The connecting points shall be measured from the right-of-way lines extended to their point of intersection.
Delineation at Driveway Intersections
At driveway intersections with public streets, the edge of the driveway’s pavement or back of curb will be used for the sight visibility triangle measurements along the driveway.
