Article 4 — Residential Zoning Districts, Chapter 4-4 — R-II RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
§ 4-4-1
Purpose and Intent
The R-II Residential District is established to provide for single-family, two-family and multi-family residential development, along with other uses that are compatible with a residential environment such as recreational, educational and religious facilities. This district is intended for a density not to exceed 12 dwelling units per acre.
