Article 5 — Nonresidential Zoning Districts, Chapter 5-5 — G-B GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
§ 5-5-1
Purpose and Intent
The General Business (G-B) District is intended for a wide range of office, retail, and commercial activities and services. Uses within the district may have more off-site impacts on residential areas and other adjoining land uses than neighborhood commercial areas and typically serves a larger number of patrons.
This district is intended for those business and commercial uses which benefit from direct access to highways.
