§ 5-7-1
Purpose and Intent
The Heavy Industrial (H-I) District is intended for the location of heavy manufacturing uses with restrictions on off-site impacts such as noxious odors, dust, fumes, gas, noise, and vibration.
Some uses may be objectionable due to the emission of noise, vibration, smoke, dust, gas, fumes, odors, or radiation and that may create fire or explosion hazards or other objectionable conditions.
