Article 5 — Nonresidential Zoning Districts, Chapter 5-4 — R-B REGIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
§ 5-4-1
Purpose and Intent
The Regional Business (R-B) District is intended to provide for the grouping of uses for the convenience of consumers and the efficient provision of parking to minimize the impact of traffic on the street network. The district shall minimize the adverse impacts of loading, storage, and building service areas on surrounding properties and public streets through proper screening and buffering.
This district is intended for those business and commercial uses which benefit from direct access to highways.
