Article 4 — Residential Zoning Districts, Chapter 4-2 — R-I RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
§ 4-2-1
Purpose and Intent
The R-I Residential District is established to provide areas of primarily low- to moderate-density single-family residential development along with other uses that are compatible with a residential environment such as recreational, educational, and religious facilities. This district is intended for a density not to exceed 4.35 dwelling units per acre.
