§ 5-1-1
Purpose and Intent
The Office and Institutional (O-I) District is intended for a variety of office and public and institutional uses, while also allowing residential uses on a limited basis. The district is primarily intended to be located along arterial streets but may also be in areas dominated by institutions that involve a range of uses, such as a college or university.
