Article 4 — Residential Zoning Districts, Chapter 4-3 — N-C NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICT
§ 4-3-1
Purpose and Intent
The N-C Neighborhood Conservation District is established to allow the transition of older residential areas to primarily low- to moderate-density single-family residential development, along with other uses that are compatible with a residential environment such as recreational, educational and religious facilities. This district is intended for a density not to exceed 4.35 dwelling units per acre.
