Article 4 — Residential Zoning Districts, Chapter 4-1 — R-I-A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
§ 4-1-1
Purpose and Intent
The R-I-A Residential District is established to provide areas of primarily low density single-family residential development along with other uses that are compatible with a residential environment such as recreational, educational, and religious facilities. This district is intended for a density not to exceed 2.18 dwelling units per acre.
